REPAIR
Breaking your dentures is not a big problem. We have an in-house lab which can easily solve it for you. The majority of denture problems are caused by wear and tear and in some cases could be a sign of an underlying problem.
SOFT LINERS
Soft liners are more common for short-term use, but permanent options are available for maximum comfort. They have a long-lasting cushion-like material and can be worn for many years. Soft liners are better for the bottom jaw and are often recommended for patients who have extra sensitivity in their gums or who have high jawbone resorption. They can't be washed, so you'll need to set aside time to properly clean and soak your dentures. Dentures with a soft liner can be more comfortable to wear. They will make it easier and more confident for denture wearers to chew food. They can also make it possible for dentures to feel more natural and unnoticeable in your mouth. Contact High Country Denture Clinic for more information on short and long term liners.

DOES HIGH Country DENTURE ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Yes! We are glad to say that we accept all insurnace policies.
WHAT ARE DENTURES MADE OF?
Dentures are typicaly made from a material called acrylic. Sometimes dentures can be made of a metal framework that is coverd with acrylic. The denture teeth are also made from acrylic resin.
WILL DENTURES MAKE ME LOOK DIFFERENT?
Dentures are designed not only for functionality but also to help restore the look of having teeth on your mouth. Generally dentures provide lip support and help sbuild your facial features to what they once were.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY DENTURES?
We suggest that your dentures should be cleaned after evrey meal with soap and water. You can scrub them with a tooth brush like you would natural teeth. Dentures should also soak overnight in a cup of water. Remember whenever you clean your denture to always place a towel under just incase they fall, or fill the sink with water.
DO I NEED TO REPLACE MY DENTURES?
Overtime you will notice your denture will become loose and you may come in for a reline. As time goes on the your jaw bone begins shift and change, bone can shrink and gums may recede. When your denture becomes too loose it is not healthy to keep wearing it as it can cause health issues such as ulcers which lead to infection. We recomed replacing your denture evrey 5-7 years.
